Our Story

About ARK International School

A Christian learning centre of excellence developing every child holistically — Spirit, Soul, and Body — and raising leaders who will transform their world.

Who We Are

A Christian school developing the whole person

AIS is a CHRISTIAN School and an offshoot of the Ark International Ministry. We aim at developing the human holistically — Spirit, Soul, and Body.

We believe that a maturing spirit is the basis for mental, emotional, psychological, and physical development, which leads to a transformed life and a transformed community.

Statement of Faith

What We Believe

The five convictions that shape the life of our school community.

Pedagogy

Our Approach to Learning

A milestone-based progression rooted in literacy, numeracy, and Christian formation.

Stage 01

Crèche

Focus on expressivity — the child learns to communicate thoughts and feelings with confidence in a loving, prayerful environment.

Stage 02

Nursery

Introduction to phonics — children begin to read simple sentences and develop an early appreciation for numbers and patterns.

Stage 03

Kindergarten

Basic mathematical concepts take root and reading comprehension deepens through guided story and discussion.

Stage 04

By Grade 2

Students transition from learning to read into reading to learn — the foundation for full literacy and numeracy benchmarks across every subject.

Maximum 16 students per class

Small classes mean every child is seen, mentored, and known by name — making structured learning with love and intentionality possible.
