Fees Policy
Clear, transparent terms governing tuition, payments, and withdrawal at ARK International School.
New Students
All new students must have their term's fees paid in full prior to enrolment.
Admission Fee
The admission fee is paid only once on entry to the school and is non-refundable.
Termly Payment
Fees are payable each term. At least 50% must be paid before admission to the term, and the remainder within one month of resumption.
Arrears
Any arrears from the previous term must be cleared in full before a student begins a new term.
Payment Method
Cash is not accepted. All fees must be paid by Bank deposit or Mobile Money. The pay-in slip or transaction reference must be submitted to the school office.
Withdrawal Notice
Three (3) months written notice is required for student withdrawal. Notice given without the required period will attract a charge equivalent to one term's fees.
External Examinations
External examination fees are paid separately and are determined by the relevant Examination Boards.
Medical Care Deposit
Parents may be required to pay a medical care deposit to cover routine medical attention while the child is at school.
Fee Reviews
The Advisory Board reserves the right to review and adjust fees from time to time, with reasonable notice to parents and guardians.
Late Payment
A 10% penalty is applied to all late payments. A student whose fees remain unpaid after mid-term will be disallowed from attending school until fees are settled.
